Complete Set of Teeth
Loss of all teeth affects one’s quality of life and often times their self-esteem too, since the aesthetics of the smile may be gravely compromised. Chewing capacity afforded by conventional prostheses is usually unsatisfactory. In this case, the best option is to have several dental implants on which the prosthesis can be fixed.
The installation of implants should take place as soon as possible to prevent the onset of bone atrophy in toothless areas. Before implants were invented there was no solution for cases where excessive bone loss had occurred, which made it impossible to affix replacement teeth. These patients were called “oral invalids”. Nowadays the picture has changed substantively because implants now make it possible for us to use fixed prostheses for all teeth, allowing confident chewing of all types of food with a highly aesthetic and lasting solution. This means we now have access to a third set of teeth.
COMPLETE SET OF TEETH IN A SINGLE DAY!
Thanks to scientific advances, it is now possible in some select cases to enter the clinic with no teeth and to leave at the end of the day with a full complement of fixed teeth on dental implants. This technology, known as Immediate Loading, provides great satisfaction to the patient due to its quick results.

REMOVABLE PROSTHESES AND OverdentureS
It is possible to install a smaller number of implants to anchor a removable prosthesis called an "overdenture", with better retention than a conventional prosthesis. The palate cover can often be removed from the upper set.
